About

Twenty years connecting institutions, capital, and opportunity.

Tasha Byers is a capital strategist, institutional partnership adviser, and trusted convener whose work focuses on how differentiated opportunities become visible, understood, and connected with appropriate capital.

She works across family offices, foundations, private markets, affordable housing, venture ecosystems, and economic development. Her experience includes sourcing venture opportunities and diverse and emerging fund managers, reviewing privately held middle-market companies through an external investment network, developing prospective LP and institutional relationships, and convening decision-makers around capital-allocation and market-building questions.

Her work is grounded in a long-standing ability to navigate fragmented ecosystems, translate across institutional contexts, and build trusted relationships among investors, fund managers, founders, developers, philanthropies, and community leaders.

Through T.A. Byers Consulting, she advises organizations on capital strategy, institutional partnerships, investor and foundation engagement, strategic convening, sponsorship development, and ecosystem positioning.
